Costa Coffee

Only 4 stars, I hear you say. I love Costa coffee but, believe me, I wouldn't give it 5 if they weren't deserved. Narrow near the serving area but opening out into a spacious area this is a bright, clean Costa. The staff were friendly and helpful and the brew was 1st class. However, many tables - including a few outside - had uncleared trays lying on them. There is only one (accessible) toilet to serve all. Otherwise, I liked it but didn't love it.

How can you not love Costa!❤ i'm always here when i catch up with my friend. Great atmosphere with great people always so welcoming and happy when serving people.

Airy cafe. Greeted by staff who were friendly as well as polite. Table cleaned on request. Staff were sweeping floors as needed Water supplied to rinse own reusable cups as well as water to refill own bottles. Indoor and outdoor seating. Much more positive experience unlike the branch on Ravenside retail park. Would return.

I'm complaining about our store in Chesterfield packers row the woman who served us was very rude towards me and my friend who deaf and I have server disabilities too and was shocked by how rude she was not first time she was rude couldn't get her name she had no badge on not sure if she manager there anyway I have server health issues and I have anxiety didn't need her attitude uncalled for was 20th December 2022 10.30am but great coffee snd clean store but toilets aren't always clean

So the infamous coffee chain Costa, widely known for its million and one syrups to make a perfectly good coffee taste nothing like coffee.

This Costa branch did not disappoint! Loads of choice to add to your brew and quick service so can't complain about that at all. Inside this small coffee shop there were plenty of seats ensuring they could cram in as many patrons as possible and out side there was a small area for you to enjoy your beverage in the fresh air.

Cost of a brew is the same as any where so not to expensive and if your parched why not stop by have a brew and grab some cake.
