Good friendly staff, Good Coffee, reasonable prices. If you don't like the big chains, support a local business. The Coffee Cup is on the Ground Floor of the Belfry Centre, next to the lifts. Tell them Ian sent you.

I had a great experience at The Coffee Cup. All the staff were nice, friendly and polite. The food was delightful and the coffee was excellent. They will certainly be seeing me again next time I’m in town.

Go here often with my 2 year old, they do a great little kids lunch deal. Staff are always lovely and always offer to bring my tray over which is a great help with a toddler and pushchair lol. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered an espresso macchiato and I got a small work of art, the espresso was nice and strong and and the milk froth was thick and fluffy. As an Italian coffee aficionado it's not easy to impress me but this place did!

Unable to sit in which is a shame but hopefully this will change soon. I had a toasted cheese & onion sandwich (fresh bread and the cheese wasn't too strong). The coffee was lovely and hot and not too strong either. Service excellent and swift. Will be happy to go there again.

Went there and I asked for water to heat up my babies milk, so I was denied, the staff told me that wasn't possible, I had to buy a tea to use the water to heat up the milk.
And as I'm aware by law people cannot be denied for a glass of water.

I’ve tried most things on the menu, and everything has been amazing, you can taste everything is fresh and the coffee is to die for, add on top of that the friendly staff, you really do feel so welcome, so it’s a well deserved 5 stars from me.
