Costa Coffee

It is rather quiet in here today and the cafe is separated enough from the shopping center that it doesn't feel too full. The music is a good level and the staff are friendly and reasonably quick at preparing the coffee. Probably will come again

Very clean, and looks like it's been refurbished which is really pleasant.
Food and drinks were good, and staff were very friendly.
The only downside is that I found it quite expensive.

Had tea with my partner here and it was so nice. They gave us these little teapots and enough milk for 2 cups each. Very cozy and comfortable place to relax for a few minutes.

Nice coffee, as usual, but must have been short of staff. Quite a few tables hadn't been cleared. The ones that had been cleared were left dirty.

This was a very nice place pre pandemic. The staff now don't give a hoot about service, this I fear is due to shortage of staff, leaving the others to fill the spots. Dirty tables left strewn with crockery. Queue was quite long with two people in front of me informing me that she didn't like the place as the service was dreadful. I was only there to buy a thank you card for someone

Rude staff too busy talking in another language to their friends then serving customers. A shame really as it's just had a really nice refurb. Based on this I would probably go cafe Nero instead

Busy little place. friendly staff and child friendly as well. Escalator takes you up to the area. On site toilets (usually)

Another of the many coffee shop franchises. One of the better options.
