Caffè Nero

Bought two frappes and both of them were given to me spilling over the top and the lids don't fit properly, bought a tiramisu but didn't taste right ... jellified and stale ...disappointed. would normally have gone to Starbucks but they've closed in this high St :(
Staff friendly enough and dogs allowed but let down by food and presentation

Very friendly staff. Excellent customer service 👏 👌 👍 plenty of seating. Market outside by the high street.

I went there on a Sunday Morning, only 2 people serving, making coffee and doing deliveroo/uber,all at the same time. I had to wait for 20 in a queue, i ordered 3 coffees and was only given two, which were not even made properly, the cups were not filled enough. At that point i just left, didn't want to order the 3rd coffee as wait and product were not worth it

The decor is nice and this shop has a cosy, warm feel to it.Customer service tends to vary; some staff being very accomodating and friendly, others not.

Poor mobile signal inside and no wifi. So if you carrying your laptop and want to enjoy an inner seats then expect to work without connectivity

This is my favourite coffee establishment which is situated in Staines-upon-Thames high street.
I visit very often with my wife because she really likes the chi latte on offer.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are various cakes, biscuits and other goodies on offer if your not counting your calories.
To sum up this is great coffee establishment if you want to have a break from the shopping experience.
