It's a coffee shop, they're pretty much all the same. The Kingston store charged me £3.10 for a flat White when the price list said £3.05. The assistant didn't seem to care and her English wasn't the best. I was in a hurry otherwise I would have argued. ☕

I had a coffee and a croissant at Starbucks in Epsom about 10 am. The croissant should have been donated to the British Museum, it tasted like if they had been there since the time of William the Conqueror.

Great atmosphere with brilliant staff. Had Caramel Frappuccino & relative had similar but with cream not coffee, both tasted wonderful & cooled us down. Both hot & cold drinks, as well as cakes, snacks & light meals served. Everything spotlessly clean. Venue had a range of tables at different heights, with high stools, comfy sofa chairs/usual chairs, to suit all preferences. As we walked in, a large courrier order was being processed by a very charismatic female assistant, who was well organised, ensuring motorcyclists were not overloading packages to avoid spillage/damage to order, however it was the manner in which she achieved this, speaking clearly & politely, all whilst smiling & demonstrating a brilliant rapport with both her internal/external colleagues. Another colleague served us our drinks, who was equally lovely. It was such a buzz to witness great teamwork, thus encouraging a positive atmosphere. The best Starbucks I've come across, excellent. Well done Epsom branch.

Disappointed as it took a number of attempts for our server to get the order right (she was learning how to use the till??). However, when we got them, the coffees and pastries were to the usual high standard. Plenty of seating available and we didn't feel pushed to leave even though they did try to clear the table before one of us had finished.

I just paid £4.55 for the new pumpkin cream cold brew - I strongly suggest they actually train their staff on the new menu.
No vanilla syrup, no pumpkin spice topping, plain form. FUMING 😡 didn’t notice until back in the car.

Worse Starbucks I've been to and I've been to many. People uninterested, chatting between each other. Had to repeat the order twice. Cappuccino was cold, asked for it to be made again and my panini was dry and crusty.

Okay experience, staff were okay but feel like a waste of time to spend £5 on a cold drink when its wasn't made correctly (ended up tasting like cough syrup)
