Mocha Turtle

We had lovely brunches here last summer while on a job. The staff were very friendly and even remembered our drink orders, which was a lovely touch! Food was amazing, we tried so much on the menu - highly recommend when it's safe to do so again!

Very nice place clean tidy and polite staff. Found food and coffee was priced well. Would be a good place to stop off , when out on a cycle ride. Definitely stop off for refreshments if passing through on my bicycle. 👍

Used this place for many years and food always been very good. However, ordered a sausage and egg bap today and when I got home realised they had made me a bacon and sausage. Surely not too difficult to get this correct? Woman at till even read me back the order correctly so can't understand where things got lost in translation here. Menu changed since I last visited and seems a tad limited. No jackets anymore or paninis. Halloumi ciabatta very good though. Will still use them when passing as their quality is high but not the best experience today for me.

The elderly lady that owns this coffee shop is extremely rude and aggressive. As a coffee freak I would happily put up with that if the coffee was up to scratch, but its not. Taste’s like she buys her beans from the cash and carry which is a shame when there are some quality coffee roasters in Bournemouth.
***Update**** The owners response below is a very good indicator of her aggressive manner.
