Starbucks Coffee

A little chaotic. Pleasant staff and plenty of seating. However, crowded with people waiting to be served their drinks. The counter for cakes etc was empty. Staff member was very polite but didnt know how to process reward drinks.

First time trying a drink. Last time. Had a strawberry shake. The strawberry was lightly flavoured which was nice. The majority of the drink though was full fat milk that somehow was utterly tasteless. Took a few sips and binned. Avoid.

It's a standard Starbucks, with all the drinks and food as normal. The service was quick, but it was a late evening and not busy at all. Wish they'd clean up though, lots of crumbs and empties.

Came today for the first time.

The coffee I had was lovely, they also gave me some free egg bites and I loved them.

The staff are very friendly too.

It's a very busy shop as many pop in before they hit the shops. The staff just don't seem to have the drive to get things moving quickly but they were very polite and friendly so not a massive issue if you're happy to queue.

Went in on the 23rd December (I know it's Christmas) but only 3 colleagues working on the till and making drinks, tables were not cleaned as they were run off their feet. I work in retail management and either came down to poor setup by management, recruitment issues or colleagues calling in sick. Colleagues were nice and friendly but needed more direction and support to find a balance.

Terrible service, took 15-20mins to order and get drinks. Staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other rather than focusing on their serving their customers. Drinks were lovely once we got them.

Good coffee at a reasonable price with waiter service couldn't have asked for more
