Costa Coffee

So much is being said about pro ecological behaviour, active lifestyle, reducing carbon footprint but I was refused to have a takeaway drink here because I was a cyclist, not a motorist. It is the city, not some motorway services! Your message is clear: do not be a loser, you walk, you cycle – we will not serve you, always use a car instead.
(I visited the place 15 minutes before closing time).

Put a big order in at the drive-thru, and caitlin and jess were fantastic. All drinks brought out to us in under 10 minutes and they were lovely (the drinks and the customer service). Thank you for such a good experience!

The decor inside makes it rather dark and uncomfortable compared to other Costa outlets we have been to . The seats appear too close together also so you feel very impeached when it comes to privacy . The new electronic changing menu was a farce as before we had time to read it , it had changed and we had to wait for it to come around again . The staff were friendly, professional and helpful enough though . Would use again if we were in the area but not our favourite of their shops .

I could not get through the day sometimes without a costa, these guys keep you running without costing you the earth 👍

Last time I was at daleside costa the girl serving at the drive through convinced me to use the costa app and told me that they do offers 2-3 times a week for costa club members like free cake 🍰 I have already had a free large latte from the points I have saved, they make sure to let you know when you have enough for a free drink when they scan your QR code from the app or keyring/card.

Great friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of parking. Clean and well looked after seating area and toilets.

Friendly staff tryed the new terrys hot chocolate found the cream to thick was very busy but managed to find a place to sit

I used to work at a Costa but recently they seem to have gone down hill, what brand standard? 8 of my last 10 drinks have all been shocking wrong amounts of syrup pumps, wrong amount of shots plus don't get me started on the milk. This is in multiple stores now. More training required

This is the first Costa that I've experienced bad customer service at. I decided to nip in before going to the football 22/1/22, the place was quite busy with a queue leading to the entrance/exit, the way the staff member(manager of all things) was talking to customers was dam right rude, I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't wearing a mask (exempt) or she just didn't like my football shirt but the way she gave me the evils and the look of disgust was very off putting. No smile, no, hello, and not even a thank you for my custom. We all have our off days, but I'm afraid if you're at the front of the counter serving and you've got the managers name tag on and that's your attitude then I feel for the staff,you need to be more welcoming.
