Brand New medium sized Costa. Usual Costa food and drinks. Seats approx 60, further 15 or so seats outside. Toilets, free WiFi. Drive thru efficient. 5 staff on duty in cafe. Staff polite and friendly. The outside seating in fine, but sadly just a view of a retail park.

Went in to go toilet, you do not need to be a customer (or I presume so as I was not stopped) however there's only 2 toilets (1 disabled and one unisex). Toilet seemed pretty clean and didn't have any problems with it or washing my hands.

Visited evening of 24/11 around 6 pm. Excellent customer service provided by Jess. Her communication was excellent and she was very polite and pleasant. She served promptly and had a friendly attitude. The store was very clean and atmosphere very welcoming. It shows that Jess and Chris (manager) care abundantly about providing an excellent customer service. I will visit often and highly recommend this store to everyone.

I come here very often, and the staff is always very kind and helpful! Everything is fresh and coffee tastes good every time. Thank you, it’s definitely my favourite Costa :)

This was my 1st visit here.. sadly my last .. sorry guys! The young lady Barista behind the counter clearly didn't want to be at work on a Saturday (but then again who does). Drinks ordered. What was ordered didn't appear (Christmas Gingerbread Festive Latte).. I told the barista that I thought I ordered the Xmas special she just replied 'we don't have any cream'. Surely it would have been better Customer service to have said this beforehand at the time of ordering. Never mind I still had a normal GB latte which was ok.. not the best Costa coffee I've had. Tad upset no Almond Croissants available. Surroundings: windows inside absolutely filthy. Standard comfy Costa seating and ambience. Outside: around the doorway was littered with cigarette ends, sugar sachet wrappers. Overall experience : rubbish - sorry.. I won't be visiting here again

I went to the drivethru, i was served by a girl called Stefania, i recognised that the name is Greek and we talked in greek which gave me a sense of confort and feeling close to home. Het service was also great!

We visit one of your shops while out & about every week enjoying the food & drinks. But aren't impressed with the cleanliness sometimes, especially in the toilets. Reported this to the staff on our last visit & have since only seen a slight differene.also the hand dryer wasn't working this week neither. As you are aware hygien is a very important aspect wherever you go & in the home. This sort of poor hygiene is very off putting & could turn some of your customers away so should be addressed as soon as possible. Have always enjoyed the atmosphere in your establishments especially in Next at Riverside Northampton. It's a pity that this one couldn't be extended because it is very popular.

Disgusting customer service from a red head barista. I literally had to stand there and listen to her make fun of me with her colleague....in front of my face....just because I mixed up skinny and full fat milk. She seriously needs to learn manners before working in customer service. Appalling behaviour and attitude. She is lucky I had my baby girl with me and she didn't get the respond she deserved.
