Caffè Nero

Great friendly staff. Very hard working.
They are under a lot of pressure from serving so many customers but they do a brilliant job. The coffee is great and so are the cakes and rolls.

Good place to grab coffee and food in the centre of Llandudno. Was quite busy when we visited mid-morning on a Saturday but service was quick.

There are a few tables up and downstairs, plus toilets too. Coffee is good if you've never visited a Nero before. Nice selection of cakes and pastries too.

Smiley and welcoming staff member served us as we were leaving after a day visiting. Think he had been there all day but he was still friendly and service with a smile.

Only got bottled water and bottles of coke but they were nice and chilled.

Tempting to get cake and although they looked yummy we decided to pass.

Friendly and helpful staff. That's the first thing I loved about this Cafe. The coffee was good and I did enjoy an hour of peaceful rest in the shop. I will definitely return to try the hot chocolate.

Standard Nero coffee, no better or worse than any other Nero I've experienced. Furniture tired, needs a refresh, (Leather sofa & some chairs looking shabby, but still usable & comfortable) other branches of Nero I've tried elsewhere have been the same in this regard. Staff however in Llandudno were friendly & helpful which was a bonus.

proper coffee...no thrills but a good atmosphere was with freinds so didn't take much notice...it was a cold January day and the coffee was good and hot.

Very pleasant staff. Good selection of Coffees and food. Good clean toilet. Will always come here

Visited on 04/01/23 around 16:30. The man and women behind the counter were super friendly and talkative and made my drinks lovely had a tea and a luxury mocha. Nice cosy store looking out on to Llandudno. Pass my kind messages on to the staff members on shift I didn’t grab their names :)
