A decent cafe just off the motorway which is a handy place to have a stop. The facilities were clean and it had a very large interior with plenty of parking as well.

Stopped here several times as we head out of Wales. This time the toilet aroma of urine was super intense before even getting into the toilet. I hope this is no reflection of the staff hygiene and doesn't give much confidence in the overall hygiene of the place, especially as they serve food products.

I'd avoid and visit another one.

The coffees were excellent but thats all. The toilets stank and were dirty. You could smell stale urine before you got in them. Depressing cafe , dirty and shabby. Two staff members. The young man was lovely, very obliging but the girl was awfull. Misrable, no intrest at all, literally threw food across the counter at us and the customer before us. I have never been served a coffee in such a misrable way ever before and illNever return.

If I could give 0 I would. Visited this service station Starbucks on 28/08/2022. Met a member of staff in the ladies toilets who did not wash her hands and proceeded to leave the toilets and go back to her place of work to serve customers. Not only is this disgusting but it is a clear breach of health and safety provisions. Upon seeing I did not place an order and instead went next door to Greg’s. I raised a complaint to Starbucks on the same date and to date this complaint remains unresolved and is not being dealt with in a timely manner by Starbucks again a failure to follow the FCA regulations on how to handle complaints.

I will not be purchasing anything from Starbucks again due to the above incident and would encourage any customer of Starbucks to think carefully when they place an order with them whether their member of staff has actually washed their hands following a visit to the toilets or having carried out an activity which would require them to wash their hands whilst making their order. Moreover covid is on the rise again and in my view incidences like this to do NOT help in prevention of spreading illnesses and diseases.

Very rude member of staff told us they were closing even though we had joined the queue. We suggested that they could put a note on the door and she said, "there is, read it". There wasn't. Customer service training required. A very kind Aussie lady who's husband was in the queue offered to get our coffees but they weren't getting our money after that. Costa from now on

They had ran out of oat milk, staff all seemed a bit flustered with the foot traffic ...seating areas needed cleaning as cups and other stuff left on several tables. I think In this starbucks there is one pace regardless of whats going on externally. It's not normally the service I received..possibly an off day ..we a have them. This starbucks seemed more like a public toilet with a coffee / cake option....

Quite expensive. Produce not always fresh, a bit dry. Panini's not labelled up clearly as gluten free, tasted like rubber.

Nice coffee, cookie went in the bin. Wasn't very tasty . Could not get over the stench as you walk through into the toilet area, it Absolutely reeked of urine. Very unpleasant. I think you need a new cleaner 😮
