Costa Coffee

Great drink selection. Please get a new toilet seat, for weeks it has been missing. Also if possible an extra member of staff, might be handy too. It is often too busy for two members to run on their own.

Currently being refurbished, but staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful.

This Costa has just had a refurb which was nice.
I was waiting quite a while to be served eventhough there was no one in front of me and no one after me. The person making the coffees was flat out, the person serving was wandering around looking for something for a delivery order, but instead of serving me first, or even saying that they'll be with me as soon as possible, they just carried on without acknowledging I was there.
Eventually the person making the drinks asked me what I would like so they could start making them for me. They seemed embarrased that i had been ignored. After my wait, the person serving finally apologised for the wait.
My free drink was used from my app without asking if I wanted to use it, which I wouldn't have had I been asked as I didn't make an order which was making the best value of my free drink. But by this time I just wanted to sit down and enjoy my drink and didn't want the bother of saying.
The delivery orders seemed to be busy, maybe they needed someone dedicated to fulfilling those and the other 2 serving the customers and making the drinks.
Once we had our drinks, they were well made.

I'm a regular user of Costa, including this one. The service has always been slow here. But my last visit was very disappointing. My order was forgotten, and the toilets were vile. It is presently closed for refurbishment; let's hope things improve when they reopen 🤞

I like Costa generally, and the fare here is as expected. The staff are friendly, and helpful, but the service is the slowest I've ever experienced.
This Costa has recently been refurbished, but sadly the toilets still struggle to be hygienic; and 4 staff manning the counter, but it's the 2nd time in a month my order has been forgotten. Not doing the Costa brand any favors 😏

Was asked if I was staying in or taking away. Said I was staying in got settled on a table only to be told that I couldn't stay in a my 11 month old wasn't drinking. Used to come in often but will no longer be coming in again

Awful customer service there this morning, I only called in to get a take away coffee, I was first in the queue and I waited 10 minutes by the till and nobody even acknowledged that I was standing there. One person serving as well as trying to get online orders ready. There are plenty of places to get coffee in Neath and in the end I got tired of waiting and went somewhere else.

If Costa aren't going to employ enough staff then they just won't get my custom. I don't mind waiting if it's busy but I really object to having to wait because Costa won't employ enough staff, that tells me that Costa's profits are more important than customers, I won't be back anytime soon.

Had a fantastic Black Forest Hot Chocolate drink in the Neath Costa Coffee, Tasted superb and the great thing was the Two handle cups on the Large drink, as my husband has Parkinson's and this was Brilliant for him . Well done Costa Coffee.
