Starbucks

Woefully disorganised. It took 20 mins to serve 4 cars in the drive through on a Sunday morning. I eventually got to the front & they didn’t even know what I’d ordered. 3 different staff then asked about the specifics of my order (size, etc). It was one standard hot drink! Not exactly a premium experience.

Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon for a frappuccino. There was quite a wait before we were even acknowledged, even though there were not many customers inside. Clearly the drive-thru takes priority, which is a shame. Drinks were tasty and the seats were comfy enough (tho looking a bit worn).

Coffee was absolutely scolding & half empty, I should hope that the staff are using thermometers or have better training. A touch test to the bottom of the jug atleast, this coffee has been too hot for 20 mins. Very Dangerous

One of my favourite places to go, I'm a big fan of the frappaccinos here, love them.

Quite possible the rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. I'm sure the franchise owners would be thrilled to see how your representating Starbucks. The lady with blonde hair looked familiar, I'm sure have driven past her on the magic roundabout.

A Starbucks pretty much does what it says on the tin. Nice coffee, comfy seats and a handy place to meet up.
Managers could improve the service experience by not expecting their staff to be making your choice whilst taking orders from the takeaway queue. This makes it very difficult to check the order or even say a simple hello to your server..

Lovely chain of Starbucks near culver house cross. I visited around closing time after placing an online order. Staff were friendly, toilets were clean and there was ample seating space.

The service was great and fast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The coffee and food was really enjoyable.
