Large open plan Starbucks with friendly staff and easy access from the M25.

Fast, free wifi. Outdoor seating which is dog friendly.

Big car park which is due to have a Tesla Supercharger charging system installed soon.

Only downside is that the petrol station next door is expensive and dated.

Top spot to stop on your way from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Yes it might be a little pricey, but it’s very clean with friendly staff 👍. Car park is also big enough and you have petrol station next door.

This is a good place to stop to break up the journey along the A55 and the quick access from the expressway is good, also love the pleasant location. The place itself is clean & tidy, the food & drink products high quality which associate with Starbucks, there are toilet facilities, plenty of car parking spaces and a pleasant atmosphere about the place. Only fault have is closes too early and not open evenings. Recommened to visit!

My wife and I regularly come here as it's often quiet, cool, and also we like to use the wifi! (Cheeky I know) We arrived today during the heatwave of 2022 (afternoon of July 19), and the staff here have been super awesome, kind, and surprisingly upbeat considering how hot it is :) It was quiet enough that they took my wife's order and brought it over to where our little office area was set up. I ordered a filter coffee, which most shops understandably don't often have ready to hand. But they made a pot seemingly for me, prepared it just the way I like it, and then also delivered it to my seat. Because I paid with the app, they then also proceeded to make me a fresh filter cup and brought that to my table as well later on. What service! I know I couldn't expect this anywhere when times are busy, or the queues are long, but today it was just overwhelmingly kind. Thanks Kinmel East Team!

100 STARS this is my favourite STARBUCKS of all time. The staff are so kind and make my drinks perfect every time. It is crazy busy in there at times an they all work so well queue goes down real quick. Lovely place to stop off and visit and atmosphere great

Slow staff took over 5 minutes to acknowledge I was even at the till despite me showing hello is anyone serving.

Coffees I'd ordered were meant to be white Americanos but forgot the milk so I had to ask again for milk.

Was to busy talking to a regular customer while doing my order so it took over 10 minutes to make the two Americanos which were just very simple orders.

Will not use again

It's not really a place for a quick coffee....they take time to prepare it, so if you want a coffee to go, I don't feel you give the "coffee the appreciation". I think making takes longer than drinking it.
