This is a lovely place, nice little coffee shop with home made food. We drove from Nottingham to St. Brides, we decided to stop half way here for lunch. It was nice and pleasant, lovely food & nice coffee.

This is a devine coffee house. We hired our boat from the Goytre Marina, only to find we couldn't make a hot drink onboard. Hummingbird saved us from the early morning autumn chill, only 5 minute walk away from bridge 80.
The service is professional yet friendly and relaxed. The gift selection is gorgeous. My favourite is the knitted poppies, pretty, unusual, and givings to the British Legion.

The Llanover ploughman's was good.

Lovely cafe, with nice boutique produce dotted around. Lovely sandwiches, even gf option. Would have been nice to have more options than just sandwiches/toasties. Cakes were lovely. Kids loved their milkshakes with gliter dust on the marshmallows. Very friendly staff.

Nice place to stop for lunch & very clean. Staff very friendly & polite. Food is tasty but portions are a little on the small side & unfortunately our drinks arrived after we'd finished our food despite prompting.

Ideally situated tea room and craft shop just off the popular canal trail between Abergavenny & Pontypool. Amazing country village setting great menu choice, reasonably priced, well stocked craft & clothing shop and dog friendly lovely staff (pictured nearby cottage in the village)

We passed the Hummingbird on the way to Newport and thought we'd look in on the way back. It is easy to miss and their advertising board doesn't do it justice.
They offer light lunches, such as homemade soup, thickly cut sandwiches, breakfasts, homemade cakes, cream teas etc. There's a garden to the front with good outdoor seating and small indoor seating.
And the staff were friendly and efficient
Well worth a visit. We'll be back for breakfast.

First class cafe and shop.
Very welcoming hosts offering wonderful, fresh food and drinks .Nice outside seating area and my sandwich was exceptional. Very accessible for people with limited mobility. Really worth going for a little trip out. Loved the hummingbird chocolate sprinkle, great touch.
