Costa Coffee

Can't go wrong. Mint hot chocolate and feed the baby whilst we wait for our bus. Staff are friendly and tge drinks are banging. Always think its pricey but tgats not the stores fault.

A nice little place for a cuppa plenty of seats inside and outside, wheelchair accessibility, very easy to get to got all the usual great beverage and snacks but it does run out of stock quickly as it is a busy store

Slow service but good coffee and food however the toilets were not exactly clean

Had a lovely mug of latte and toast. Hadn't had coffee and toast for ages in Costa. It reminded me of how I've always enjoyed their latte.

Just had the most atrociously rude member of staff behind the counter talk down to my wife for daring to sit down while I was in the queue. My wife, upset as a result, would never dream of taking someone else's table, and the incident was very unpleasant.

Costa appears to have a real problem with customer service in this area as we feel certain shops are a no go. Talbot Green now added to the list.

There is a way to deal with people in a courteous manner that gets your point across without offending. Walking across the road to M&S we were greeted with a full cafe and a member of staff who clearly informed us we would have to wait, then directed us to a table 5 minutes later. That's how you do it and a clear difference in quality and standards.

Very busy when we visited but fast, efficient and friendly staff who still made time to chat and seemed to enjoy where they work. Staff quite quick to clear tables during busy times. Good service.

Very busy today in the local Costa but we got a table with room for grand daughter's pram, and then had lovely toastie, drinks, pastries, etc. All good.

I only drink tea so was disappointed with the not hot enough water used to make the Earl Grey I had.
I'm often disappointed with the lack of tea making skills in cafes and restaurants. There is an art to it starting with freshly boiled water.
