Caffè Nero

Great little cafe for hot drinks food and snacks, lots of seating inside outside seating also, extensive Menu, warm friendly staff, average prices, what you would expect to pay at a town centre cafe, would recommend and will be using this Establishment on future visits to Wrexham.

Cafe Nero is one of my fave coffee houses, im currently pregnant and their decaf coffee lattes are my saviour and their winter spiced hot chocolate is a fave festive drink ❤ would always recommend. Lovely staff too

Lovely coffee and it is always busy with a nice atmosphere. Attacks many foreigners I've noticed & I'm sure they live their coffee just as much as myself. I like that there is complimentary water here because it cleanses the pallet especially after an Americano or Espresso.
So why only 4 stars & not 5 for me?
I don't always think that café Nero is as clean as the Costa at Debenhams to be honest and that is why I'm only rating it a 4⭐ I still go to both & I actually think I like the coffee here slightly more but hygiene is important also. I do think that the place is larger & busier so that can't help matters but it's refreshing to walk into somewhere that has cleared tables & zero spills/crumbs on seats.

Ordered an Iced coffee and at least 70% was foam from the blending (so not lasting and within two minutes was less than half full without even drinking it). Also ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was completely iced and tasteless. God awful and the price I paid was ridiculous. How hard is it to make an iced coffee, kids? Will have my refund, thank you justeat.

When you specifically ask staff if wifi is good enough to use for work ( and they have the cheek to say that it’s good) and after you’ve paid for coffee you realise that not a single seat in that joint gets any Wi-Fi signal… it’s time to move on and never come back

Very much not the best Neros, the staff are distracted by one another and seem unwelcoming. Tables not regularly cleaned, all in all disappointing. Two words disappointing and grotty.

Two days you can pay by cash and its fine come the weekend NOT. Drop the attitudes, make your notices clearer and prominent. Because the only thing prominent is attitudinal staff, for which there is absolutely no need. How are customers meant to know you've stopped taking cash AGAIN! Without wasting time in a queue to be greeted by a sour face that would curdle the froth on any coffee you serve. Went to a major competitor and won't be back here any time soon.
