Firstly, the staff are friendly, inclusive, and offer a high level of expertise. Providing a range of answers to all of your coffee needs. Truly exceptional customer service.
Secondly, the experience is just as good as the coffee tastes. You can witness the roasting process, enjoy Wales rugby matches, or even indulge in lunch. As coffee shops go, Durston's go above and beyond!
Thirdly, and most importantly. The coffee is outstanding and the price is even better. Durston's offer a range of high quality coffee at an affordable price. Indulge in coffee's from around the world and taste coffee the way it was meant to taste.
A must try product and one that comes highly recommended is the Welsh Gold blend. This was the coffee that converted me from a tea drinker to a Durston's coffee drinker.
Durston's truly have a coffee for everyone.
Coffee prepared by experts that are passionate about what they do. A warm cozy environment as well as a view straight into where the magic happens and the beans are roasted.
Friendly and welcoming especially for the live rugby! Great place to take the kids for a family friendly match day atmosphere.
Like any great business it's the people that make the difference and the owners at Durston's are no expeption. Whether you are a customer new or old, you're guaranteed to be greeted warmly and leave having had your expectations exceeded. Thanks and keep it up!!
With a viewing platform to the roastery itself you can see the coffee being made just how you like it. Perfect for light bites, meals and a takeaway option is available. Recommended 100%
Great welcome, stunning smell of roasting coffee beans from their business at the bag of the unit and lovely freshly made food. Can’t recommend it enough, tuna baguette and coffee were brilliant. All done with a warm personality by a local family run business! Bought some freshly roasted coffee beans to take home too, will be back..
Even though I think there was a mix up with our order (I ordered a decaf latte and my partner a decaf oat flat white but I think I got an oat latte and my partner a dairy flat white 😆), the coffee flavour itself was noticeably excellent, so much depth and not a hint of bitter, the strength was really good and the milk hadn't been scalded. The texture wasn't the best I've had but I think that was down to the oat milk. All in all though, for what it is, well worth a visit!
We want to come back to have some food next time as again the menu looked such good value, and we could see it all being made freshly behind the counter, so I imagine its really good. Open until 10pm as well?! Unusual but very helpful as most other places had shut by 4pm when we wanted a coffee.
Friendly service and help given from the colleagues on which to go for. Thank you :-)
