Great mega breakfast and I love my lamb shank! Lamb was falling off the bone and can choose mash chips or rice. Ordered it for brunch before 11am!

Hazel nut latte was decadent.

Also, great prices! For 4 of us, it came under £29. Service was superb too, there were 3 waitresses working.

Eating at Cafe Continental in Swansea is like traveling back in time. So typically 1980s it makes your cringe with delightful glee.
This cooked breakfast fixed one hell of a hangover and I am unsure what was in them, but those sausages! Phenomenal. They were so beautifully spiced, not what you would expect on a regular fry up, but I was so happy they made an appearance.
The restaurant has the loveliest lady running it who could not do enough for us.
Breakfast sold all day, perfect for when you cannot physically crawl out of bed until at least noon!!

Extremely quick service. The cooked breakfast was incredibly good value for money, you can have a small breakfast for about a £5ish and extra large breakfast for £7isg. Best value for money compared to other cafe charging £9 for a breakfast.

Brilliant little cafe ⭐

Had a large breakfast and it was ok and good value for money served by a nice lady with a smile and friendliness. Marked down because as much as it was nice I have had far better breakfast in terms of taste and look and the cafe itself is well dated and could do with a revamp. Definitely worth a try but don't expect to be wowed.

This was always my first choice for coffee when in town years ago.
Called in for the 1st time in a very long time recently, the place looks drab, dark and sad. Could be a sign of the times but it really needs a makeover if possible. That place was always buzzing food amazing and coffee to die for. The owner was lovely. friendly and was working hard running around as only her behind the counter and on the floor. Sign of the times sadly. That family cafe has been there since forever.
I wish them well.

I go here for good food, reasonably priced and lady that serves friendly and can't do enough to accommodate needs.
