Beautiful, treats, excellent service, wrapped beautifully for us to take home during this unprecedented time. Support local, and Support them! we had a lovely afternoon enjoying our treats.

Amazing little cafe and gift shop. Me and my children love it here great treat for them and chill out coffee for me. A must vist for any Marvel, DC or general scifi fan. Milkshakes are delicious with real sweets in them, fresh cakes cockies sweets, pic n mix etc. Staff are very nice and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. Plus little gift shop attached not comic themed, perfect for me when I need a last minute gift that's crafty or unique.

Nice little café in a village which hasn't got much for young people to do on a weekend. Great menu with reasonable prices. Good coffee and food is lovely. Selection of sweets to buy, too. Toilet available with baby changing area but no disabled facilities.
We were expecting to be able to buy comics and merch, and thought they'd have some board games to play while there. But only a few graphic novels to read not buy, merch on display in the window not for sale, and a cabinet with a few second hand toys available.
There are only 3 tables and no outside seating.
It's attached to a shop which has nothing to do with comics, but is more of a shabby chic gift shop. I'd get rid of the gift shop, add more covers for weekends, school holidays and kids parties, and sell a lot more comic related items instead.
Staff were great, very friendly and had a chat about animé.
So much potential in this place but no vision.

Ordered 2 milkshakes for my children. Selection was good and the shakes were very tasty (according to the kids). Service time was very slow for what came out looking like very basic milkshakes. 5+ minutes for 2 of the same milkshake. Price was good, but nothing special in terms of appearance.

The cafe itself is just confusing..... I was assuming it would be heavily comic themed but it just wasn't what I was expecting in my mind. There's also an attached little boutique shop which has nothing to do with comics, which I don't understand why it is even there.

Really special little coffee shop. Lots of items for sale lovely to wonder among the trinkets. Brightens up a wet Saturday afternoon, reasonable priced with toasted snacks and delicious milk shake or coffee/tea. Staff were pleasant and helpful... certainly would visit again and did buy from the shop, worth a look!

The brownie was nice but given you could order pancakes and syrup for £3, the £3 charge for the brownie was a bit steep. I expected a lot more to be honest. The staff seemed to have no interest in comic books at all, which given where they work you'd expect. The deadpool in the window was amazing but other than that everything else on show in there (which wasn't much) was mediocre. The gift shop attached had nothing to do with comic books for sale which was disappointing.

Nicely themed ,good atmosphere nice uoung staff , dog friendly, child friendly .looking around obviously they have put a lot of effort in to the decor. Nice coffe, but the selection of food dropped stars and needs attention. Saturday lunchtime no jacket potatoes a menu item, nothing on the menu gluten free apart from chips and a prepackaged biscuit which was full of sugar and stogy and the usual gastly unimaginative gluten free chocolate brownie. Safly I left feeling dissapointed ,cold and hungry . Soups, Beef burgers if made from scratch can be gluten free, as indeed can cakes, rocky road and you can't tell difference if the cook is able . Gluten free rolls/ buns bread can be purchased in protective packaging frozen and reheated lots of places do it.
