Listen, if you're in Port Talbot and don't eat here you are doing yourself a disservice.

Scandal do by far the best fast food in town and I love their food so much that not only do they make my new favourite burger, but I shall be eating here every time I'm down in Port Talbot.

They're better than any eatery where I live in Swansea too, for that matter. They have soul, stupendous presentation, and on God have such awesome milkshakes that I can't help but stim from happiness and smile with every sip.

First time to order last night had the hotdog meal deal not found anywhere that does hotdogs, really enjoyed good portions piping hot loved the packaging will definitely be ordering again.

Reply to owner. My 1 star rating was actually made by mistake but as you felt like getting personal was the best way to retaliate then I suppose I should be allowed to defend myself. 1. I thought you said to start at 5.30pm (which I told you) so in fact I would of been 10 minutes early! & 2. After that particular delivery when I got back to shop I said I had a puncture but yet my money was ready & waiting so you didn't give me a chance to explain!! & actually I did have a 2 burgers & chips on the first night & in fact they were lovely! I ordered a hot dog meal tonight and asked for extra onions due to them being the only ones that settle my pregnancy craving. The food was delicious. They put salt and vinegar on my chips, added extra onions and now I have one unborn baby kicking away and I’m one full mama. 100% recommend them and will be back again soon for the same meal. Thank you so much.

My partner ordered the gourmet cheese burger meal and his was also a lovely big potion. Looks very delicious and he’s not complained for the first time ever! The packaging is absolutely beautiful also. 10/10 amazing and fast.

Ordered few times over last few years..always over priced.small portions the food isn't bad but not worth the money and the attitude of the owner is disgusting..they never do any thing wrong always the customer fault complete joke really

Honestly the best food I I have ever tasted. The beef kapsalon is amazing. Cheese chips salad and the most tender beef that melts in the mouth. More variety than other takeaways. I've never had a bad meal from here. Honestly can't recommend enough. ***** ☆☆☆☆☆

Absolutely terrible customer service. I only wanted to find out why my meal did not come with chips, after I specifically orders chips. The woman hung up on me. Absolutely atrocious. I called again to ask If they had forgotten chips, or if it didnt come with it, and a man answered this time. Just as rude and impatient and tried getting me to order more food... Ironic that they are called 'Scandal'.
