Great coffee, various flavoured lattes were a hit. Pastries could be improved but i understand they're not made on site and could be hanging about for a while. Quiet and warm atmosphere in the cafe too :)

Really good pigs in blanket Panini and the staff seemed to be well trained and helpful! The place could have used some more workers on the floor to make sure tables are clean and cleared properly and efficiently

I don't like this type of place were you have to queue for ages to get served. I prefer sit down service were they come to you and take your order.

Great coffee and typical costa quality, the challenge is they seem to be a bit too good :) We came on a Saturday at half four and there were nearly no seats available to sit down.
Not their fault I guess as they have been given the space that they can get inside Debenhams. It was quite busy but we didn’t wait too long in the queue to be honest.
We sat around the corner in the tables that feel like they are tucked away, but with the big mirror and good lighting it doesn’t feel like you’re closed in. :)

Come here quite regularly, usually busy and there is a wait at lunch time as it seems to be two members of staff trying to serve food, make coffee, clear tables and take cash. My most recent visit was with my two children to which i get them a hot chocolate as they like to join in on the coffee break, my daughter of two years had spilt her hot chocolate so i went and asked the bloke at the counter for napkins as there was none to be seen, he rolled his eyes and said "two secs yeah" after two minutes i nearly walked off as my daughter is sitting there now drenched in the hot chocolate but to my surprise he throws 1 single napkin at me, absolute joke. A lady who works there called tracy is lovely and will always help but as for the other two ive seen on multiple visits, they have no idea how to communicate with customers or have any skills on running a tiny cafe.

Well organised, permanent staff team, who are consequently familiar and knowledgable of regulars' preferences - very professional and courteous. (WiFi can be variable, but there are seats with power sockets for laptops. 4G is OK if seated near windows.)

Who ever gave this place a high rating obviously works there lol the customer service is atrocious no one smiles no one knows how to make a hot cup of coffee , there are a good 5 or 6 people working behind the counter the tables are never cleared off I was given half a espresso because the woman spilled the rest and didn't top the espresso back up until I told her then she tutted lol wow some of those workers seriously need training in customer service lol after sitting with poorly family all night the last thing we need is attitude off costa staff .....be nice it wont break your wages lol

Good coffee, friendly and helpful staff. Easy cafe experience even though this is in a department store.
