Costa Coffee

Popped in for a Hot Chocolate and a Cinnamon Buns and it was a first visit to this establishment and my visit again.

Pretty standard Costa Coffee. I liked the layout of this shop. It’s wide and shallow so lots of seats by the windows, not that the view is anything to shout about. Close to the bus station, the main town centre and of course the castle.

Lovely space inside, plenty of seating and the staff were very friendly!

I would have put 5 stars if the table hadn't been so wobbly. That's not really their fault as hardware is notorious for playing up...

Just came in for a maple Hazel latte, and was disappointed that they did not have all the toppings that were advertised in the menu as they had ran out , so I asked for marshmallow instead and was shocked that they had the up most cheek to charge me 50p for it especially when they had ran out off the toppings the latte should've came with...common curtesy would tell you that it was free , won't be coming here again. First impressions wasn't a good one....going back to London

A nice, large Costa in Caernarfon. The place was reasonably clean and pleasant, nicely spacious considering the pandemic. The coffee was good and it was nice to have my first gingerbread latte of the season. Bonus: it was free due to their loyalty scheme.

The coffee was good and the staff were friendly.
The cake selection was small but the chocolate slice was very tasty.
It's a spacious Costa and it had a good level of cleanliness.

Waited nearly 25 minutes for toast before going to the counter to ask if they had forgotten about me. Short staffed and slow service. Not recommended if you only have 30 minutes lunch break.
