Very friendly staff. Nice coffee. Large selection of cakes and biscuits. Lots of seating available.

Customer friendly coffee franchise where we have written our cards, chatted about our break, drank coffee, bid Monmouth a farewell.

Friendly and polite staff plenty of seating inside also few seats out front kids loved their caramal frapes and hot chocolate.

A pleasant place to sit and enjoy a coffee. Very busy on this occasion.

Lovely - welcoming staff, warm, great music & coffee with taste.
WC was not in great condition but not staff's fault.
Automatic entrance door would be great to retain heat & reduce draughts

Ambience fabulous, sausage roll to die for! Comfortable seating. Great experience.

Pleasant service. Surprised to see Cafe Nero allows dogs inside. I'm generally ok with that but several were inside when I visited and this may not be ok for everyone.
