Alex Beaumont wat brilliant customer service went out of her way to make me the best frappe I have ever had very smiley and very good at wat she does excellent service will definitely go and see Alex again made my evening and a credit to Starbucks , thank U 😊

Half full cold pumpkin spice load of tosh with a rude manager and girl to make it worse. Yet again more terrible service and won’t be buying anything from them again. Train your rude staff

Always been good, but placed a mobile order and food wasn't even noticed, had drink and told to park up. Was great otherwise just don't rely on the app for it all to be ready

Staff are nice and helpful enough but starbucks have replaced their traditional espresso machines with vending machines. No more portafilters and baskets. That sucks because the art of making coffee is disappearing and with it the taste. STARBUCKS SORT IT OUT

Internet still poor but everything else great! Love the white chocolate moccas and great space to take 5, do a little bit of work and catch a drink on the drive through

I haven't been to Starbucks in ages and went to this one to meet a friend. It was incredibly stark, dark and depressing. The staff were helpful, the coffee was lovely, as was the cake with it, but the atmosphere....... Well...... There was no atmosphere. And whilst very clean, the decor made it look uncared for because of the colours and style. And the seating is brutal on the bum! No comfort there at all.
