Starbucks

Usually have a pretty good experience at the Morrisons Drive Thru Starbucks in Carmarthen, however, today (13/06/22, at approx 4:30pm) my mum was served by an extremely rude man! Whilst trying to give him her order through the microphone, he kept cutting her off abruptly to ask her what size before she could finish stating what drink she wanted (he continued to do this for every drink), and upon receiving the drinks she not only had to ask for a cup holder for the multiple drinks, but was met with silence and abruptness! He also didn’t affix the lids to the drinks properly, and so half of the order ended up on my dress.
I feel that he should definitely not be put forward for employee of the month, but rather some basic training in customer service!

The staff really went to great pains to make sure that we knew our place. All five of them were far more interested in watching videos on their phones, talking amongst themselves, having fun and generally doing any thing to avoid acknowledging our presence for the time we stood waiting. We left knowing the true value of our custom and how the staff value others. There seem to be plenty of other reviews on hear saying the same thing. One more thing, as we left a friend of one of the staff members came in, so they literally dropped everything to get them what they wanted. Avoid at all costs until someone at this store shows some leadership and values customers.

Shocking staff, waited 8-10 minutes at the ordering point to silence, drove round to the window to see the staff all chatting instead of doing any work. One of them answered the window telling me to go back around, no apologies or willingness to admit their mistake.

Save your money and go to one of the independent places in town.

I ordered frappachino and muffin, I waited and waited, everyone had been served. They had forgotten mine, they said two minutes they would do it now. Waited waited nothing. They continued serving new customers. I said forget it I will get my card for refund. They said no no we will do it now.
Their excuse was they were busy but the place was more than half empty and plenty staff. By this time my friend had eaten her food and nearly finished her tea.
Eventually got my drink but after a few sips realised something in it was off probably the milk.
My friend went to toilets she said there was a toilet brush in there that was nearly black.
I went to this Starbucks a few week before they had forgotten my drink then.
Found the whole experience stressful and won’t be going there again. The 1 star was for my muffin. Would have given half if I could. Think all the staff need training or sacked

Slowest service I've ever received, would be fairly ok if it was not also the most expensive. this review is not just off one visit, but multiple visits. The drive-In is terrible. Unlikely to visit again until the service is changed.

They had technical issues at the drive through so I was stuck in the qué behind other cars which made me late for work. I just drove out with no coffee. Went in later in the day and used the loo no soap in toilet went to use the accessable loo to wash hands loo was full and did not flush no sign up saying out of use? there was soap so put that on hands but no water! as the tap was broken. Service was also slow in the Caffe. Best of luck

Absolutely shocking service all very miserable but worst was the state of the place the floor stinking with sand dirt and hair and the sills covered with the same with other things on the floor hasn’t been cleaned for weeks by looks of it! I had to ask if they could wipe the seats and chairs to sit down 🤦‍♂️ Coffee comes in a cardboard cup and poor quality never go there again!!!

Phenomenal as always. Lots of lovely new faces. And my coffee is always made exactly as I like it 😃
