This little place could be brilliant, but it needs consistency, they need to find their niche and stick to it.

I went there a couple of weeks back * around 1 o clock . They had a small limited menu. The reason being that * they hadn't took stuff out the freezer. The woman serving said that some stuff would take a long time to prep. So, you're better off just having a tuna sandwich.

Coffee machine was switched off and I found asking for a coffee was a bit of a hassle as they had to put it back on and wait to warm up.They weren't keen.

This was really disappointing as I wanted to support a new small business.

They have unpredictable hours.

For a new business to succeed, people need to know what the offer is and what time you open. This takes time for people to get familiar. Closing and changing menu as It's not working within a week or two will only dilute the brand and the company and people will loose faith in the business.

I totally understand that the hospitality sector is struggling at the moment. It's hard to get staff and so on. But, this experience wasn't great at all.

I wish you luck & will visit again, hopefully next time they will have sorted their business plan out and that the place will be thriving for you.

we what can i say about this place, absolutely fantastic! The salad bar is incredible i will put money on it that you will not find a place anywhere near their standards of service within Abercynon. For the previous review this is utter non sense. AMAZING PLACE honestly keep up the good work.

This place stands out from the rest its amazing staff are so friendly and second to none!! Seen other reviews on here which are truly false the menu is more than enough. Very open and welcoming especially compared to competitors within the area. Guys honestly keep up the work excellent! Love this place xxx
