Wawelski Polish Delicatessen

Fantastic shop - one of the largest Polish food shops I've seen in the UK and the array of choice is impressive.. It's like what haven't they got.. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful. A pleasure to give those guys the business - keep up the good work!

Very Clean and organized. Social distancing measures in place. Allowing 10 people in the shop at once. Amazing fresh meat, sausages, cheese. Great prices and great quality. Will definitely go again!

Great shop with a great selection of polish foods lovely to have it In the area to be able to still enjoy the quality I have become accustomed too after living in poland for nearly 4 years. I can still get all I enjoyed

Really poor customer service. we were waiting 10 min at meat section and when ask 2 ladies they said queue is from another side where is cheese section. That happen when served 5 customers before us. No sign either, as normally when buying meat stay where is meat. obviously need to choose what to buy. Totally ignoring customers from different cultures customers. Shame for them. Not shopping anymore there. 17.00 o'clock last Saturday. Not busy time.

Variety of products and friendly staff even if you are not polish👍🌟

Quite a variety of products. I can't read the labels as they are in polish but I can guess sometimes what it is.
Fresh cheese from cow and goats. Fresh fruits and vegetables.
Lovely shop where I would like to buy an endless products.

Had an awful experience. I was double charged for goods and showed my bank statements to proof the matter. I was told by the staff lady that they would need to check CCTV still due to be not sure of the case. I left my details for them to contact me back and they never got bothered to call me for any update.i decided to come back to the shop for the second time and found the staff that initially served me. This girl states that she did not remember if the money gone through. The latter lady stated to going around with this matter and stated the hat her boss did not receive the payment for me. They kept refusing and when I stated that I was going to report them the quickly rushed to the counter and refunded me the cash. This lady was very rude and unapologetic. Threw the money over the counter and left. As a regular costumer they had no regard and treated me awfully. Would definitely not come back here again.
