This is a Fantastic college , one of the best in London , everyone in my class is getting distinction grades the engineering teachers are brilliant and are very helpful and they go the extra length to help you get the highest grade possible. The area in which is based in which is Angel is really nice and peaceful.

This college is really unique in the sense that you get premium quality learning and help in all the areas you may need assistance. Also the staff are very friendly. To top it all its located near Angel Station for easy commuting and if you like you can walk over to King's Cross which isn't far off.

Love the facilities here. The staff are great especially Gareth Dineen and his posse of science staff. The students are keen and more than able. Only issue is parking but a tube station is around the corner

If you wanna do applied science then DON'T. The teachers HORRIBLE and they dont know what theyre doing. They messed up the whole of first year this year because they couldnt fix a date for work experience so the students have to do a lot of coursework without a resub as theres no time and theres only less than 2 weeks left of college. They dont mark ur work properly n some teachers male students go through hell. Ive never seen my frnd suffer like this

I took a course in crime scene investigation a few years ago. The college is really good, teachers are very intelligent and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I was unable to complete the course as I found it to difficult With no previous knowledge of science. Risa Brandl was the lecturer who is a very good teacher and has great enthusiasm and Commitment. The college has Reasonably high standards and is a decent place to 📖 study!

Hello, I’m a 20 year old female studying at the moment at CANDI.

I’ve been here since 2019. Studying BTEC Level 3 Biomedical Science second year (finally last year) at the Angel Campus (CAS) right now. In 2019, I liked it. Teaching wasn’t great nor bad, but the teachers/subject tutors, from my year in Level 2, were more involved with the students and that’s what I really enjoyed about this college. Since I’m doing BTEC Level 3, it has been horrible. Teachers not caring at all about the student’s well being, when teachers receive feedback, they don’t care or try to understand (they act like we’re children of 12 years old and therefore don’t listen to the students), a lot of the teachers have a Master’s or PhD degree, but don’t know how to teach us, which I find a bit concerning. Several students of all groups in BTEC Level 3 Biomedical Science second year (2021-2022) have complained about this to staff that should represent students and react to those in need, but so far, nothing has been done (and I assume nothing will ever happen). I cannot wait to finish my exams in May and get out of here.

The final straw I had with this college was when I didn’t bring my homework (which was informed online), that I couldn’t do because I had no access to online college facilities, including my college email and therefore didn’t even know I had homework to do for that particular subject. I had no access, because the college has a lot of ICT problems (so it wasn’t even my fault). The teacher of this subject told me that “I was not worthy of being a college student here” and that I should be “grateful to even step a foot in this building”. As a foreign student, I find this very discouraging to hear and upsetting, as I come from a country where these kinds of people are not acceptable nor tolerated in any types of educational institutions/systems.

I hope that future students will have a much better experience with this college than I did. Do not recommend it for anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous college, discrimination is the number 1 quality that this college should be awarded for.
Poor management , particularly in case of complaints they do absolutely nothing they don't care at all, when someone is on annual leave there's no one to help and take care of what they were supposed to do.

For Access students, teachers were not knowledgeable and the quality of teaching was poor, in my group we always had to watch videos in our own time to learn the lessons.

Grading for access students, teachers partially follow OCN guidelines they grade you by comparing how the rest of the class have done in the test as they say " we can't give distinction to everyone ". The grading is somehow different for those who want to study medicine and teachers are way more generous when it comes to giving grades to those students.

Overall the worst college I have ever studied at, I have studied in 3 different colleges in London but this college was certainly the worst one. I wish I could give them 0 star

Stay away from this horrible college otherwise you will waste your money and time with disrespectful people. staff are racism and radicalism. This is worst college I have ever seen. All good reviews return theirselves. Even 1 star is too much for this centre.
