Croydon College is an educational institution with 8,000 students, made up of a Further Education College, The Croydon School of Art and a University Centre. It is located in Croydon, within the London Borough of Croydon. Its origins can be traced to a School of Art that was established in 1868, which subsequently merged with Croydon Polytechnic to create the college shortly after the Second World War. The college is the only further education college to have been awarded the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service (QAVS) and is currently graded 'good' by Ofsted (2014).

Croydon collage, let me start off, the teacher are fantastic even though i have had 5 new teachers since i started in September 2021 and its now march 2022. I come from a far place so my travel is quite expensive however when i went to student services (not only was the line long) they were very helpful. As i applied for a Bursary i sadly got rejected and that wasn’t good considering i have to now pay £125 a month for the train. The students there are very nice some may smoke alot however it didn’t really bother me. Croydon collage is especially good when it comes to travel and tourism, IT, and business as i have heard of as of now im studding level 3 travel and tourism and its been a blast. My class mates are all kind respectful and amazing people who are kind as well. The only problem i has was as student representative i always wanted my class to show up on time and be there to attend not all listed however i have noticed that some have listened and are making an effort. All in all croydon collage is very good wouldn’t say its excellent however it does need some improvements when it comes to teachers. One thing the library is amazing with 3 floors and unlimited books and computers to study.

The college wasnt so bad it self ,there was good and bad ,but some of the SEN Department ,have been very horrible towards students lately and emotionally abusing them and some staf are nice from there ,so this won't involve you but other staf think they can speak to disabilities kids or young adults however they want and it's not on ,if your not a horrible person nor staf then this probs ain't bout you ,but to the other staff who are treating them badly ,you need to change your ways :( and it's okay telling them off ,but emotionally abusing them and then telling there parents they done this and done that is not on and I'm sorry to the staf who have been really lovely cos you not all bad ,but some staf are turning horrible to wards disabled kids and it's not always gonna be fair ,but you choose to do that job ,nobody made you so please be kinder to students ,

if there is an option i would select 0 start, why ? as an international student, i am looking for school to study, i did all my online accpliceation for creating an accounting, and sending two 2-3 emails, NEVER get reply back, if you can not take care for international students, stoping saying nicely saying keep connection , it is a fake performance to lie people! i am waiting for one more time for a litter long time, if still did not get back message for the all inquires i have asked, i will post all the email inf ,and report the school noise tells a lie to people !

You can enrol on a variety of courses with people of all ages and a wonderfully diverse community. Some parts of the college building could do with a bit of freshening up, but they need to check out the heating. Some rooms are so hot, you have to open the windows in this cold snap. Can't imagine what the heating bills will be like.

I went to this college for many years, and whilst it did have some struggles here and there, it was always improving constantly and the facilities it offered were exceptional. I truly felt like I was a part of the college and I do miss visiting it from time to time, especially just to see how much it has improved. The staff were really helpful and enthusiastic and always went above and beyond for their students.
