I think some of these comments are so unreliable so as a student who studied here I would like to give my view of the college. I came straight into this college from secondary. This was a huge transition which made it so difficult for me to adapt during my first year. The science department for A levels was very weak whilst the psychology and sociology (all subjects I have studied) was very strong. Most the teachers have experience and qualifications in the field teach. One thing to keep in mind was that this college will not babysit children like your secondary school does. There is support but only upon request. They will not chase after students. Now that I am in university, it is not much different to my college. In this, it has really helped me prepare for further education. I would like to specially point out that some of the teachers such as Pinar, Sim and Julie were amazing. The campus was also very nice and chilled, though, I couldn't say the same about the library. The staff are also very welcoming and they approach students more as a friend and adult rather than children. Overall, I left with 1 A and 3 B's, which primarily was the result of such intense discussions in lessons. I would recommend this college for any student who prefer independence or those who are looking to retake as it is the perfect environment to get things done.

Extremely happy with this last minute choice for a college, I switched from sixth form to a level 3 course and I have never felt happier about going into a place to learn. My teachers are so incredibly genuine, kind and always put the time and effort into making sure every single student has an opportunity to pass the course. I cannot thank anyone enough for making my time there so enjoyable and eye opening. :) Thank you!!!

not very supportive with young adults with learning difficulties and 1 teacher seems to indirectly discriminate against learning difficulty students in front of the class.

I was one their A level students, graduated in 2019. Barnet college were amazing and supported me through so much and really helped me focus on my studies to get the best possible grades. The teachers, Penny, Diana, Sara and especially my tutor Julie were amazing and their lessons always engaged me and made the studies fun and informative. Much gratitude to the college ❤️

Worse college I've been to. Total useless. I've been withdrawn from the course because I could not attend the online classes during the lockdown as I asked for help for all those months to gain access on teams and no one was able to help me. Got withdrawn instead, more easy for them. Managers and teachers are a total joke!
