ARU College

If I could give zero stars I would: they make an art form of the word omnishambles. Utterly disorganised, admin staff don't know what's going on, don't deliver on their promises, and leave students frustrated and upset. Can't get timetables out on time, can't resolve registration issues - the list goes on and on. Teaching staff are highly variable: some are genuinely good, others are completely useless, lacking empathy and basic teaching skills. The worst part is that no-one takes responsibility, no-one is accountable and there are no governors or trustees to hold the company (Navitas) to account. And here is the nub of the problem IMO: this is a poorly-led and managed commercial operation on a cosy little earner with ARU , and there's nothing you, the client, can do about it. If you're thinking about attending CRIC think carefully before committing.

The worst academic establishment I have ever known. I told them repeatedly about my mental health and financial issues, to which they ignored. I asked for financial help, I couldn’t afford food around Christmas 2018, they refused. The staff are condescending and rude. They say they’ll email you important things during the day and they never turn up. I’m expecting exam results today, not arrived. All they care about is money, especially from foreign students. It’s a private Australian company which runs CRIC. They sent me my admission email saying I got into university from 2018 to 2022. Only after a few month in on my foundation year did I find out that it wasn’t true and I’d have to pass an interview and test which I wasn’t made aware of at the time of admission. STUDENTS ARE BETTER OFF SAVING MONEY AND DOING AN ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION COURSE CLOSER TO HOME AND GETTING ATLEAST A ‘C’ GRADE IN GCSE ENGLISH AND MATHS TO GET ON THEIR CHOSEN DEGREE, LEAVE CRIC ALONE. ITS A SCAM. THEY MADE ME DO CHEMISTRY, LEVEL 3 MATHS, HUMAN BIOLOGY & CELL BIOLOGY TO GET ON THE THE SOCIAL WORK DEGREE.

THEY DONT TELL YOU THE TRUTH!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. These people exploit students for money. One of my friends tried to commit suicide because of how much cric has taken advantage. All they want is your money, they don’t care about you. They will fail you and ask you to pay £250 to resit each semester. Also, you will be made to retake module and pay £1000 over and over. This place is HELL !!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD. I will be taking legal action. Do you not go here if you are international student!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly this college is absolute fraud! I have just done my foundation year and it has been the most terrible experience of my life. I’ve been to sixth form and college to complete level 2 and 3 in childcare and honestly my experience in sixth form and college was much better and much cheaper. Cambridge Ruskin international college has honestly got to be one of the worst the offic team are so so rude the exam moderators are so rude and ridiculous first semesters exam moderators treated people like they were useless people and this semester has been the same. You’d think because it is a foundation year company they’ll help you as much as the can but be being a current student I have had no support and got into so many pointless arguments with the office about my work. They just don’t care couple weeks ago I submited my work two days early and wanted to resubmit the manager at the office was so rude and said no which no explanation I couldn’t believe it . Honestly if you’re planning to come to this college make sure you speak to students who was resently studying there inbox them on fb through the college’s Facebook. There’s no better feedback than students who have actually experienced studying with Cambridge do not ask the office team as they will lie to you and do not watch videos made by the college because I did that and turned out to be the opposite. Please do not waste your money or student finance with Cambridge Ruskin international college. Find another uni that foes foundation years e.g hartfordshire, Nottingham, Middlesex etc I wish someone would’ve told me to watch out for Cambridge Ruskin. I have passed all the modules for my foundation year but it was not easy at all because it was all A level (studying nursing) it involved chemistry, biology, maths, intercultural studies, ict, interactive learning and one other module I don’t remember. Remember other unis do not make you do all these modules in foundation year. Think wisely

An absolute scam of a so called educational establishment. Poor staff with a don't care attitude. Repeatedly get simple admin tasks wrong, mess up your modules and also lose results. The attitude towards placing you on incorrect modules for your course to tell you you have to repeat another semester to do them because of there failure, I've been waiting 2 months for "missing results" which I had access to in the website but have now no access and no one can find them.

Already started a case with the OIA- save your money and your sanity go somewhere else

Scam, scam, Scam. This is not an accredited college nowhere in the world. They play with the Wording: MBA, BA or DBA. These are not degree programs and you are wasting your time and money. I took the course and as soon as I presented the certificate to any American university in the United States, I was rejected right away. NO credited will be accepted. They are not Accredited College locally or internationally. It is not even a college but a one room in an Island in UK with two people working. So Please Do NOT Apply and Do NOT waste your time.

P.S: Google makes you to put one Star which is not fair.

Aru college aren’t receiving calls or issuing CAs to their students who have paid
What’s wrong with you people ?
My sister has been waiting for CAs for one month now
Are you guys really real cos from the reviews am seeing it’s obvious Aru college has a serious problem.
You collect money but can’t issue CAs or even pick their calls
Why then did you collect students money in the first place

Great quality of education with affordable fees. The experience and student life with ARU College are fantastic! The staffs and teachers are very supportive as well.
