Gratitude to my teacher and Newham college. I have completed my Access to Higher Education Diploma in Electronic with Software Engineering.

I genuinely felt teachings are in here is intuitive and beginner friendly as the teachers are expert in their fields.

Mr. Mauricio thanks for your teachings and guiding me throughout the course. Your help, kindness and patience is precious and priceless. I really appreciate it.

Lorna has been an exceptional psychology teacher that has an immense amount of knowledge about the human mind, and she has been exceptionally kind to all of us. She is just the kind of teacher that will make you realize that your weaknesses will become your strengths. I have felt immensely cared for and supported during my year of being her student so far. She is also the kind of teacher that encourages you to be the best version of yourself, and achieve more in life. Lorna is just one of those teachers that you really want to have as an role model. Future students will be incredibly lucky to have her, as she is the teacher that only strives for the best in her students and helps them in anyway possible.

Lorna and Alex from the psychology and behavioural sciences department have made this college the place you want to be as a mature student. Both of the teachers are very experienced, reliable and understanding and will truly make every effort to help each and every student. Further education as an adult can be overwhelming but both teachers have made every effort to ensure that no student is left behind and that potential is maximised. I truly thank both the teachers for supporting me through my educational journey and helping me achieve a place at LSE.

I just finished my Access course with Mauricio in the Business Information System. Just want to say it is a very great course and this is an excellent learning experience for me.
This course's subject is quite rich, I have learned mathematics, business, accounting, finance, and information systems here. Mauricio has much teaching expertise, and his lesson is engaging. In the course, I not only study but also find more interest.
I'd want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my wonderful teacher Mauricio. He was huge assistance, encouragement, and supporter of my previous studies. He is a highly personable teacher who passionately assists each student. He is really patient in assisting us with our academic issues. Not only that but he also advises us when we are confused.

Studied an access course back in 2020 in engineering sciences and maths. Abid and Daoud are the best teachers to teach the basic and complicated concepts in engineering and maths.

So I'm an ex student from this college where I studied Access Course Diploma in IT & Product Design under Sir Mauricio in 2017 who was an excellent teacher and support to help me progress into my career as a DevOps Engineer at HSBC. I was away from my studies since 17 years old and decided to get back into my studies at 21, and it was definitely overwhelming and daunting to get back into the mindset of a student, so I wasn't 100% sure whether I'd make it past this course. But the environment was definitely helpful and Sir Mauricio went above and beyond to make sure I get a place in Queen Mary University where I graduated with a 2:1 and got accepted to a graduate scheme where I couldn't be more pleased. So yes having the right guidance from the right teacher definitely can be life changing and just as important as putting in your own effort to progress :D

As previous Newham college students enrolled on the Access to Product Design access course, we are pleased to say that we recently graduated from King College London and wanted to express our gratitude to Mauricio.

Thank you for leading us in the right direction, and for your profound experience in education. Your expertise in a variety of complex subjects from the sixteen modules which you ran entirely by yourself, were incredibly helpful in preparing us for our studies at university. Your kindness and genuine passion for not only teaching but helping students achieve their full potential means so much to each one of us!
