Limited Edition (Comic and Collectibles store)

Really really lovely guys. My son is autistic and he finds it hard to talk to new people but you couldn’t even tell! The guys hit it off with him straight away and helped him start his comic book journey. For the rest of the day my son was so happy and couldn’t stop talking about how nice everyone was and how much he’s looking forward to going back. Thank you for your help and being so kind 😊

Our order is now 1 years old today (Happy Birthday to me I guess) this company has now stopped replying to any of mine or my partners emails. We've been ignored on Facebook too. Last correspondence from them was in April which ignored our requests to cancel the order and issue a refund and seemed to just been a basic acknowledgment email saying it should arrive soon...

The order was for a Charizard POP Figure. (I think they've oversold the order, took my money, realized they can't actually get the figures back in and then bottled it - what other explanation for this?)

I didn't want to leave a bad review, I even told them that if they continue to ignore me this is what would happen and clearly they don't care enough

Summary - waited 12 months for a pop figure which still hasn't arrived, ignoring requests to cancel/refund the order and no contact.

I placed an order at the back end of last year for some Pokémon pop funkos. One of these was delayed so they sent out half the order with a letter explaining the situation. This was all fine but since then I have tried to contact the company about the other half of the order through the website, Facebook and email. They have ignored all my recent attempts to contact them and I have no idea how I’m supposed to get a refund for my missing order.

Great little comic shop, behind the wall of Pops there are lots of back issues, including old British comics and magazines, and lots of £1 issues when I visited. Well worth a long browse.

From helping know whether I should grade comics and also buying the latest edge of spider-verse box set. Rich and the team are awesome and really helpful, I have had a great experience.

My young son with autism was really interested in this shop today. He has autism and the staff were pure rude!! Don’t take anyone in there that isn’t friend with the owners

I made 2 orders through the website, each a few months apart, and received neither of them. I contacted them through the website numerous times about each order but received no reply. I made one of the orders through PayPal so I escalated the issue with them and then it was quick to get my money back. The other order just went through my card and unfortunately I have not been able to get my money back from that yet.

Highly recommend avoiding this place for the dodgy service.
