Good company! I booked a carpet cleaning by them and they make it bright and shiny! I am so happy and thankful. And the staff is nice and friendly as well.

Arrived late, took the whole day to do the job as it was only 1 person to do the cleaning instead of the 4 that were planned. The agency charged us for bad cleaning and even though we informed sunny cleaning about that, we never heard anything back from them... Avoid..

Avoid big time - Despite multiple email confirmations, instructions were not followed and the 'cleaning team' did not show up on the day. This has caused me major issues with my end of tenancy. They claimed they had the day wrong but even so failed to contact to pick the keys.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This “company” not only DESTROYED my solid wood floors but also did not clean properly! When alerted to the destruction and dissatisfaction of the work carried out the person George refused to a) give me the owners contact details or tell me if he was or wasn’t the owner b) REFUSED to come back and finish cleaning properly c) REFUSED to acknowledge the utter destruction of my passage solid wood floors!!!! My husband and I called and messaged him for 2 weeks and only when threatened with legal action did he call back to say he is not coming back to fix the work or see the floors that he has destroyed and then make a plan to fix them! See pictures and videos below of literally the worst contractor I have ever had in my home!

Used these guys for an end of tenancy clean.

If I’d have stayed home and done it myself I probably could’ve ended up with the same results.

Not what I’d expect for over £100.

Took pics and sent to them to show which bits were left and never heard back.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that needs their place cleaned for end of tenancy.

Worst experience.wouldn't recommend anyone to these people .we had them clean our house ,found dust and dirt on windows and other surfaces.dog fur on the sides and corners of the doors.If you are looking for a thorough cleaning please avoid sunnyclean.

These guys are thieves. Not only did they do terrible job but they stole my fabric softener and a bunch of bin bags. I am filing a police complaint against George and his partner.

I sent an email yesterday to commission their work today, after back and forward texts to check all leggit. No show and I emailed and texted and no response. I know it is a small team show, but that it is not reassuring to not be able to reach out the business on the day the work was commissioned. Please advise who reviews email request?
