We were happy with their service and would happily recommend them.
They completed the task promptly. I don't give 4 stars because after he left, we saw that the non-carpeted area where he had the vacuum had left a big puddle of water - which he did not clean and we had to do that after him.
When I called to complain I was told that nothing could be done and that I needed to put my complaints in an email and they would respond in 48 hours. I was told that I was not entitled to any sort of refund but they would come back to me with a solution. This was completely unacceptable given my tenants were moving in the next day.
At no time did anyone I speak to offer an apology.
I would not use or recommend this company to anyone

Further, the actual cleaning work was simply not good. There are thick layers of dust still on surfaces. I would not count the job they did as a deep clean. Of course, I will not have them back to the property to rectify so I've lost hundreds of pounds on their fee and have had property stolen. As such I can simply not recommend that anyone hire Glory Clean.
When the cleaners left, I noticed:
•The front door has a lot of dirt marks remaining;
•Window sills have not been cleaned;
•All the window glasses still have a lot of dust;
•Radiators have not been cleaned;
•The washbasins of the toilets have a lot of dust and decoration marks;
•The toilet bowls of the toilets have a lot of dust;
•All the tiles on the walls of the toilets and kitchen still hold a lot of dust;
•The staircase bannisters have dirt marks and are dusty; and
•Door handles have not been cleaned.
I complained about the cleaning service which was done very poorly or not at all. The office responded to say that their cleaners did spend 8 hours which was the number of hours I had paid for. However, what I should have been charged is for 8 hours of competent cleaning work, not 8 hours of poor cleaning. They said I was not entitled to any kind of refund.
I would never use their services again and I shall be making a referral to the Consumer Council.
