Atalian Servest

Poor management and lack of communication with employers. Been working in John Lewis almost ten years now but we never ever get the same payments. Every shifts get different payments until Servest came change our contract and paying us the same money with morning shifts with clear explanation.

Worst company I have ever dealt with Stay away. I have in writing that the work they did for me was free and yet I still get a CCJ. Do not trust them and do not get work from them

I am an employee and Atalian Servest and i can honestly say its so unprofessional. Daphne Clarkson, my boss/Manager is so rude to me whenever i report a problem to her, she barely replies to any of my messages nor does she ever solve the problem. She makes things worse by not even replying. i just had a recent problem that i reported about my hours being changed, full well knowing that i have another job fit perfectly with this job. her exact words are "im not going to reply to you any more messages from you" she said this because i asked politely to keep my hours the same due to my current situation and my other job that i am in, but she wouldn't comply or work with me but instead rudely replies to me in an unprofessional manner. Daphne also doesn't communicate with any other employee who either has made a request or reported a problem. If you ever apply to work for servest. think before applying as i got treated unfairly and spoken to rudely considering i was communicating in a polite manner

Security at Royal free is terrible.if they were polite would hive extra stars.politenes is easy to administer.not rudeness.

Worst Security Company… having experienced 1st hand that they have no-duty of care to their staff! Having raised concerns about CCTV not being at the front of the site!

Then to have my own colleague Assault me on Sep 11th ‘2021 by ‘leaning through the cabin window & pushing me in my chest out of the way, so he could press the button to let himself in’ - Due to no CCTV and both him and the witness lying about him putting his hand on me! 3day it took someone from Servest to contact me to find out what happened! Disgusted.

One thing I can say about this company... awful they do you over pay wise would make more money in a sweat shop... managers always stick together if there is a problem then good look trying to get hold of one please stay away from this company!

This company does not deserve even 1 star, but it doesn't seem like you can leave 0 stars for them. My employer employs Atalian Servest to do the cleaning and maintenance in our building. They are nothing short of lazy, incompetent and completely disinterested in doing anything. Their first port of call is to fob you off, in fact they'll fob you off until you go to the extremes of making an official complaint by writing into their CEO office.
I had to do this after reporting a fault with an air vent on our floor back in July of last year (2021) and 14 months and several dozen excuses later it still hasn't been fixed. This is the point at which I recently wrote into their CEO office. I'm not privy to exactly what the company I work for pays for the service (or lack thereof) of Atalian Servest but I understand that it's a lot in comparison to what they provide. AVOID this company like the plague and find a better rated company.

Worst company ever dealt with unprofessional the way they interview or not in my case text with a start date cannot spell or say my name correctly that's for a cleaner don't even go over security or provide the correct cleaning equipment.
