Atalian Servest

I wouldn't even give them a star my wife worked at Highwoods tescos at Colchester for these and waited over 6 weeks before she got paid. No contract was given to her or training. She used a polishing machine that she was not trained in . The manager had a terrible attidude towards all his staff. Eventually my wife left but is still owed 2 weeks wages which is her weeks in hand .when she phoned payroll she was told they don't pay out the weeks in hand. This place is terrible you work weeks before you get paid for minimum wage just for them not to pay you what they owe. We are seeking legal advice . Big con artists.

I worked for this sh*t company for a few months. Always underpaying staff. I got paid once I think correctly. Never answer the phone when calling managers. You can hear very unprofessional laughing in the background when calling HR departments absolute worst company I’ve worked for. Very rude mangers too! Stay far away from this company ! Bunch of absolute cow boys!

Management expect you to follow the rules, thats ok, but the need to practise what they preach, cause they break data protection and get away with it

Unfair dismissal tryed everythink they could to get rid off me only way they could do it was change my hours which they new they I couldn't do don't work for them rubbish pay

Bad management, mess your pay up, cosshh isnt adhered to, training not provided past 1st shift, equipment not fit for the job or purpose.

I work for this company over 2 years and I recommend you don't ever work for them.
They are lying about your payment never get pay your money. The manager will never answer They phone!

I love working for Atalian Servest, I have a busy but rewarding role and I genuinely look forward to work everyday. My team are supportive and collaborative, we work together exceptionally well and still manage to have fun.
