Domestic Cleaning Company

A very professional and well run business, reliable and trustworthy staff which is critical in this line of work. I engaged with Michelle to arrange a deep clean at my place of work (offices with 22 staff). This was a one off clean which was managed very well indeed especially under the constraints of the current pandemic and government guidelines/restrictions. We now have a lovely fresh smelling and most definitely cleaner office; desks, chairs, carpets and kitchen/cupboards. The two ladies who cleaned the office were very pro-active and wasted no time at all in concentrating on the job in hand. A two pound coin was found on the floor and without mention this was left on top of the desk that it was found on. Excellent. We will definitely be engaging again and highly recommend.

I booked a clean after having my second baby as I was feeling completely overwhelmed and unable to get time to do a good clean. The ladies who came round were wonderful and didn't make me feel even a little bit awkward about being stuck on the sofa under a feeding baby whilst they got on with things. The clean was absolutely fantastic, better than I could have even imagined and the ladies went above and beyond to help me out, they even folded the washing out of the tumble dryer and put on the next load out of the washing machine, I'm can't lie, when I realised they'd done this I did have a little cry! Got my next clean booked already, can't recommend them enough.

I had house clearance done by michelle and her team. I would strongly recommend this company very trust worthy and an excellent job done very satisfied !!

Appalling service: not to be trusted. I wrongly thought that using a company and paying above the norm would mean good quality cleaning. Sadly not. The list they give online of what’s covered is not in any way followed. Over 20 obvious things were left uncleaned / untouched in my flat. When I spoke to the office person she responded with anger. In order to get my keys back I had no choice but threaten them with police action :(

We hired Domestic Cleaning Company to give our four storey artist's studios (One Thoresby Street) a weekly cleaning at the start of the pandemic. Since then they've been invaluable in keeping the building in safe running order for our studio holders; I really can't imagine how we coped without them before!
The staff that arrive every week are friendly and great at their jobs, getting on with things straight away and working well to accommodate our specific requests when we have them.
A great team that I can fully recommend.

Domestic Cleaning Company have been looking after us on a weekly basis for over 10 years now! They are incredibly reliable, friendly and efficient - the team who come here are almost like part of the family. Relevant now if not for the future - they operate in a completely Covid safe manner and I have absolutely no qualms about transmission from inviting them into our home to work. Definitely recommended!

Very pleased with the high quality of work and the cleaners get through such a lot of work in the time available, it's brilliant. It has definately taken away the stress for me of getting the housework done. Special mention to Lisa who is great at her job.
