Produced key ring fobs for us - great quality, price and service. Delivery delayed due to courier delivering them to a different company but all was sorted out in 24 hrs.

Using them again to produce ID cards - hopefully we will have the same great service. Will let you know.

Unfortunately half it was my mistake, as I have not read the description of the cards. They advertise their cards as "plastic" and use the word "plastic" throughout the website to deceive inattentive customers like me, who miss to read that these "plastic" cards are made of encapsulated paper. This advertising is absolutely deceptive and a bad practice, I can just imagine how many people like me fell for this.

Deserves zero stars. Appalling service. I had ordered ID cards with punched slots. The cards arrived without the slots, when i enquired about the missing slots the company refuses to send a new order out with the slots. I will be uploading pictures of order details and ID cards as proof. Wont be using or recommending Eye Catchers services again.

One of the best company's i have worked with a fantastic the turn around speed. The Eye catchers quality compared to the cheap Chinese equivalent is very noticeable
