ARC have been simply excellent. As a private individual, I needed 150 copies of a 100 page book I have written, with no previous knowledge or experience of publication and printing. Ricky went out of his way to help with the best advice on the design, format, type of paper to use and the front and back covers. Arc provided a proof which I was very happy with but needed to make variousness amendments to the text and change some photos. It was never a problem as they were always helpful and understanding. Whenever I had to contact Ricky, he was immediately responsive. Their offices I visited in Dartford were very impressive and the whole set up together with the staff I met gave me a great deal of confidence. Not only am I fully satisfied with the quality of the end product and service but they were also very helpful in packaging and sending batches of the books to various addresses. It made the whole process easy and reassuring for me . I requested quotes from other printers but overall ARC offered the most professional cost effective solutions. I am so glad I went with ARC and would highly recommend the firm to others.
