A person (with beard & glass) was sitting in computer don't greet their potential customer with a small word "Hello" and no eye contact when giving information. He called a young gentleman from other side of shop to take the picture.
That person was in rush to take the picture, didn't allow me 30 second to sit comfortably for the pose of picture. Although i have better DSLR camera than their one, just went there to get more professional picture. I have expected a photographer approach as those pictures was so important to me. Received very robotic service when went to take passport pic.
The shop is excellent with all new printer and other facilities. There was high demand of this kind of shop in Watney Market. I hope they will improve in customer service.

Customer service was excellent. They completed the order in matter of 2 days. Price was also affordable and order was how I wanted however just one downfall was on the colour of the picture. Wanted pure black however didn't come out as that colour. But picture was printed well on my mug. Hopefully they can improve on that as they grow.

I was at an event at Tobacco Docks and needed some copies printed quickly. The staff were able to print my copies within an hour. It's a quick 10 minute walk from the Docks. Great resource and service!

Was pleased to have such a local printing shop. Was charged £30 for 60 A5 flyers, printed onto standard A4 paper, which subsequently crumpled and ink bled- price would have been reasonable if the quality was of a standard high-quality flyer.
Store also had no A3 paper for an art print, so paper was cut to size freehand, and now doesn’t fit inside an A3 frame.
Service was friendly enough and convenient for Shadwell area but probably won’t return for such bespoke requests due to unsatisfactory quality and steep prices.

Very good service! The order was completed quickly even though I done a lot of last minute changes. They responded quickly and executed my order the way I wanted it to be. Furthermore, the pricing compared to other shops it was reasonable.
