I have recently purchased a commercial property in Fordingbridge using The Guy Simmonds. I found the agent Marc Blackford to be very professional and always very helpful. As a buyer I had lots of questions and so did my solicitor. Marc was able to obtain all the necessary information quickly, enabling the purchase to take place within a short time. I am now looking for another commercial property to use the same agency for the management of the buy ... again l cannot fault there experience and friendly service

From our first meeting with Martin, I was put at ease and helped through the whole process of selling our pub. I had tried to sell for 3 years through the internet and avoiding fees - how wrong I was. Guy Simmonds were able to filter through prospective buyers right through to giving gentle nudges to solicitors at crucial moments. Plus Martin's promise of ensuring it would be sold by Christmas was fulfilled. First Christmas off in 17 years! Highly recommend!

Where do I start I can not give enough praise for Richard who was amazing throughout the whole process. It was not a straight forward sale due to personal circumstances and if it hadn’t of been for Richard’s professionalism and knowledge the sale would have not gone through. We have recently sold the lease to our pub with guy Simmonds. We brought the lease 7 years ago through guy Simmonds and they was our first thought when we decided to sell. Our agent Richard was great once again, always chasing down solicitors/interested parties ect. And was always available by mobile or email to answer any questions. If I was in the market for a pub again they would be my first option.
