I currently rent one of their properties and I pray to god never again the rooms are covered with black mould and damp ive had no cooker for 8months just a terrible experience

Worst service ever in life I have seen...this company is totally full of racists.they are totally fraud

I would give them no stars if I could. This is due to the fact that all the staff are very rude and are lacking basic customer service skills. I believe that they need to take a customer service course due to them lacking it. Also they are very bad agents they don't send people to come fix anything and you will have to wait months for them to come. I have had a broken window for about 1 year now and still they haven't sent someone to come fix it and I have a 5 year old child living in that room and they don't care. The service they provide is disgusting and I don't know how they can let this be as an estate agent.

If I could I would give a no star:I have never seen and been through a terrible trauma in my life and this agency did just that. They are very unorganised, selfish with money, don't communicate and filthy. They moved me and my 4 month baby into a basement that was very cold, mouldy and didn't have a fridge. When I told them about the condition and no fridge they replied that I should leave the heating on and windows opened and clean the mound myself.to me that means that I have to waste gas. They also said that I should put the food that's meant to be in the fridge near the window since it's colder there and that I had to wait 4 days until they gave me a fridge. Few months later they moved me and my 7 month old child to a 2 bedroom property where someone broke into and took some of my belongings, when I mentioned this to them they had the nerve to ask me if I did it myself. They didn't do anything about the door that broken. A year later they moved me and my 2 year old child out of London, their excuse was that the landlord bought the property and I had to move out the next day they notified me. In this property Me and my child had no hot water for 2 weeks and the garden was full of objects i.e. Wardrobe, bicycle, chairs etc. The property was also cold and the windows had gaps so in the winter it was very cold.
Please do not rent any properties from this agency, they will make your life depressed, it is not a good feeling. They don't care about yours or your children's health and wellbeing, they just care about money.
I am not the only one that's been through this but I am the only one that stood up to them and did not tolerate their unprofessional behaviour.

Our home needed work originally expected to last a week. Due to covid nothing could be done. As soon as it was safe a whole team of builders turned up with Stelli as the main man and did the work in a day to a highly professional standard. Well done lads and thank you Nicholas and Henry in the office. You make 60 minute makeover look amature. 100% GOOD.

Be careful giving them your personal details such as Driving Licence/Passport, When I gave mine someone looked at this like they have own lottery, I was not sure then why, after I moved into one of their managed property, one of my credit card was intercepted at the property's letter box and thousands of pound was spend on it. Be very very Cautious.
