Rude or Incompetent.

I wasted a month and a half trying to purchase a commercial property through SHW. Initially no response to basic questions until chased up, followed by repeatedly broken promises to get back to me. Serious offer made and didn't even have the courtesy to respond until chased after 12 days. Will never deal with this company again on principle.

Answer on request after month. Arrange viewing and 3 minutes befor recived Phone call to cancel it.
