This commercial agent is very unprofessional. I invited them to quote to sell my day nursery. I did not pick them, they have called so many time since. I have asked them so many time to not call but it makes no difference. I have blocked their number but now they call on no ID numbers which Ofsted may also call me on. They are unprofessional and aggressive. Do not use them.

These people are an absolute curse. They have called me for years asking if I want to sell my nursery. I have told them no so many times. I’ve asked them to remove me from their mailing list. They don’t listen. They must have been calling me for at least 10 years.
Even if I did want to sell I now wouldn’t use them out of principle.
Absolute nightmare.

surprised their's not 100's of 1* reviews here. (I wish I could of voted 0 stars) All business owner's be warned!!!!! A complete con company which should feature on an episode of Watchdog. PS read the outrageous small print in the contracts, you will be totally shocked.

Very unprofessional, no one has a clue whats going on, I had to keep chasing them for updates on the sale, they never contacted me and never sold my business.Their in house legal team are not solicitors, they are just admin sending legal letters! Not one person has actually made the effort to discuss anything with me. Horrendous experience with them!

Redwoods helped us so much with the sale of our nursery, it was touch and go at some points but we got there! Special thanks to the childcare team for all their hard work and patience, we can now enjoy our early retirement!

Me and my partner reviewed a Business through redwood and we were assigned an agent who supposedly was helping, purchase this business.

The service was so poor we were always chasing agent and pushing for appointment and communication with there client ( Business owner). We made multiple offers and our offers were not even mentioned or even provided us with communication agent might have had with the vendor.

Extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Sadly, I wish I could say I am happy with them, I’m not. So far I’ve been lied to by one rep all my calls are recorded he said he tried phoning me countless times for a viewing. His number or any I didn’t identify were not on the list at all. I insisted on another guy taking over my business as said I wasn’t happy with someone trying to placate me, he said they would vet anyone interested to make sure they have the funds to buy before passing my private accounts on. Only 3 interests in the whole time and none of them had the money to buy. I then get an email from the sales team saying 2 brothers wanted my accounts I did the search on them they didn’t have the money then another one who had even less.
They still have my property and over £3000 of my money from signing up with them. I have access to a number of radio stations every Chinese New Year. I am sincerely hoping I get a more professional approach to my sale than I have had so far. Very disappointed
