Ran a workshop here for the second time. Excellent venue in a central location. Clean, well equipped, great sun trap outside for breaks, easy to park, great communication and easy to book. Everyone I've dealt with here has been extremely helpful and friendly. Have recommended to others already. Brilliant, thank you!!! 😁

A really nice community space perfect for small events. There is a kitchen and accessible toilets and a lovely outside space.

I dont normally write reviews, however I had to write about my experience using the GNC, Dennis is just fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. From beginning to to end of the process was very easy.

Had my sons birthday there on the 4th of August. The hall looked great and it was a perfect place to hold 1st birthday party. Dennis who I hired with was very helpful. I definitely recommend for anyone who needs a big space that is clean with a lot of utensils.

We had hired the lower hall for a birthday party. Spacious clean hall and the small garden in front were perfect. The kitchen is also very useful. The staff was very kind and polite too. We will definitely consider it another time for a party.

Hired hall for my daughters birthday paid a higher than average hall price for local residents. Hall was great facilities etc what wasn’t great was the staff every single person I encountered (white person) had a aggressive attitude like we shouldn’t be there not like we’d paid hundreds of pounds for a few hours hire. We had asked if we could have a small fog machine size of a shoe box with lights as it was a neon party they agreed unfortunately it caused the fire alarm to go off! No issue turned machine off and reset alarm party cleaned shall immaculately the girls had created a memory sheet in neon paint with bday wished etc we had to leave behind to dry. I emailed same eve to make them aware and went to centre first thing Monday morning where I was met with dirty looks by the so called chair Vivienne and hostility apparently they don’t know what happened to our beautiful memory sheet and don’t care I would not recommend this hall to any person of colour or for any party they clearly only want this hall for old people and preferably white absolutely disgusting behaviour no decent person would have thrown away a child’s memory sheet and I shall be making a formal complaint to the council and raising this is the next AMG meeting people like that shouldn’t have power of what is suppose to be a community facility for ALL

Their politeness and flexibility is second to none, the hall is a lovely hall but it's the staff/volunteers that make the Centre what it is today.

All the assistance they offered like putting up the tables and helping to make everything run smoothly.

For helping me to give my Granny the Send off she was worthy of, I will forever be Grateful.

Krystal. :)
