good Lil gym convenient and cheap

Brilliant and varied classes from circuit training to trampoline classes , children's and adult classes, very friendly and very experienced and helpful staff , fantastic facilities come and and try this gym 👍👍👍

First time back to exercise and did a class this morning that was great. Everyone was very friendly.

I go 3 to 4 times a week. .
Just to keep fit ...very friendly staff and helpful advice. .
