A good community venue with several large function rooms (100 seatted) and smaller side rooms. Cheap to rent and it's own website to check. Has kitchen area, parking, toilets and disabled access. It used to be a town hall and in the basement is the remains of the nuclear shelter.

It is a community hall with two big rooms which can be hired. There are tables and chairs available to arrange as required. There are toilets and changing rooms. There is also a kitchen to make teas and coffees, etc.

Visited for the Artisan food and craft fair. Stallholders friendly and some nice items for sale. Not at all crowded. Enjoyed sampling chocolate and chutneys. Would like to see this turn into a larger event.

Soper Hall has a monthly comedy night. With 5 comedians from the London Circuit. It's always a great laugh and the audience add a wonderful community spirit to the occasion.

Excellent hall, available for hire. Wonderful early 19th century building. Facilities, town centre. Real ale festival a must for good people
