Wonderful space and beautiful rooms. They do yummy lunches for £5. Accessible venue. We hold Swansea Carers Choir here on Thursdays at 11.30 and the acoustics are great.

The Swansea Wellbeing Centre is what every town or City should have on offer to improve the lives of local people. It is a newly opened "gem" that I urge you to investigate. The space has been beautifully designed and gives a real sense of wellbeing directly you walk through the doors. It is ideal for practitioners as well as a perfect space for events. What I love most about the centre is the sense of community spirit as it is open to all and often has the most delicious food on sale for lunches. I visited a healer who was a great help to both me and my partner. So much love and care has gone into creating the space and it deserves everyone's support. Go see for yourself.

My first visit to the centre. Lovely building with lots of different rooms for all sorts of purposes. There was a yoga workshop taking place in the large hall. I had a soft tissue massage for painful, very tense shoulder area. I was very pleased with my treatment and the therapist, Nicole, was so knowledgeable. A delightful young lady who knows what's she's doing. Well recommended.

This centre is spectacular! It is welcoming and calming and filled with wonderful, knowledgeable staff who all act from a place of nurturing confidence. The classes are varied and supportive, with everyone's needs catered to - no matter what restrictions (whether physical/emotional) you may be dealing with, you are greeted with an empathetic and understanding virtual embrace. Don't just think about attending classes at this centre - just go, you'll love it!

Last year I was in a bad place mentally.
I was referred to The Wellbeing centre for councelling and stress club.
The staff there are amazing and very caring. Helen is a fantastic counceller and helped me through so much.
I'm waiting too start work now and I never thought I would be able too look for work.
The Centre offers so much and I was so greatful for the help they gave me.
